She is elderly and has difficulty walking on uneven surfaces such as cobble stones. Because your rules prevented us from swapping them for another style, we posted them back for a refund. "Great walking shoe. They won't win any fashion prizes but they do win on instant comfort and spacious toe width. I'm very happy with mine. Pink lining will get dirty and probably difficult to clean - didn't think of that when I bought them!"

"I give this product one star for the following reason. At the start of the purchase on their website I was led to believe I would qualify for a 10% discount as a first time buyer. Pleased with this prospect, I went ahead with the purchase but did not receive any discount.
