You’ll need to upload a payslip or a membership card to support your application

Once submitted, applications are reviewed within 5–10 days. You’ll hear back by email once a decision has been made.

If approved, KEEN Pro members gain access to exclusive discounts on https://www.keenfootwear.co.uk/ to support them in their work outdoors. Discounts are for personal use only and membership may be revoked at any time.

KEEN Pro accounts are valid for one year from the date of approval. Each member has an annual spending limit of £500. To maintain access, members must submit a renewal application each year with updated credentials.

Please note, acceptance into the KEEN Pro Program is not guaranteed.

The KEEN Pro Programme offers discounted pricing to eligible professionals such as qualified mountain guides, retail partners, and outdoor industry brands. Membership is by application and is subject to approval. Membership may be revoked at any time if KEEN, at our sole discretion, determine that the program terms have been violated or qualifications change. By applying for membership, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below. In order to become a member of KEEN Pro Programme, you must first create an account on www.keenfootwear.co.uk and then complete the Pro Programme application form. KEEN retain discretion regarding who is eligible for membership of the KEEN Pro Programme. Once membership is approved, the discount will be applied at the checkout.

Pro discounts are for individual use only. Purchasing for friends, family, or for resale is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of membership, removal from the Pro Program and potential ban from future purchases. Accounts are intended for use by the approved individual only and may not be shared or transferred.

All Pro orders must be placed through your approved account at www.keenfootwear.co.uk

Pro members may place orders totalling up to £500 GBP per membership year. The membership year is based on the anniversary of your application approval.

Membership starts on the date your application for membership is approved and is for a period of one year. Membership must be renewed annually by submitting a new application that includes updated proof of eligibility.

Pro discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or offers unless explicitly stated.

Programme pricing, discount amounts, and purchase privileges may be varied or terminated at our discretion and are confidential and must not be shared or discussed outside of KEEN or the Pro Programme.

Pro purchases may be subject to a modified return policy. Unless otherwise specified, items must be returned in new condition within 30 days. Exchanges may be offered as store credit. Please note that order cancellations and return credits cannot be applied back to the membership discount limit.

KEEN reserves the right to audit Pro accounts, request re-verification of eligibility at any time, and to cancel orders if misuse or abuse is suspected.

KEEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Pro Programme or any part of these terms at any time, with or without notice.

All purchases of KEEN products are made subject to the KEEN Terms of Service provided that if there is any inconsistency between these Pro Programme terms and conditions and the KEEN Terms of Service, the terms of the Pro Programme terms and conditions shall apply. All information and documentation provided in connection with your application for membership (e.g., Pay slips, certificates) will be used solely to verify your eligibility and will be stored securely and in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

• Employment verification letter
• Industry certification
• Membership card
