"For close to 20 years, I have been Keens. I started out with the Mary Jane. I forget the style name but they were awful cute. Then I went to the Newport and I have been hooked ever since I’m on my seventh pair and they last so well the last black pair that I had lasted 11 years so far and I still have them I decided to buy the new pair of the triple black (above) for a kind of dress you’re clean look I have nothing but praise to give them as well. always well-made, comfortable and very stylish. Toe box width changed

"The good and the bad. PROS: I've been a HUGE fan of Newport H2s for almost two decades and have owned many pairs over the years. They were the most comfortable, well fitted, durable shoes/sandals. I lived in those. They were a rare sandal built for healthy feet with a wide-toe-box. CONS: SADLY, they no longer work for me. Sometime pre-covid the company change the width of the toe box, making it noticeably narrower. The sandals are now too tight for my feet. I even went up half a size hoping for more space, but they are still too tight, and unwearable in warmer temps when my feet swell even a little. I'm devastated as I literally lived in these and they were always my go-to shoe for traveling. SOLUTION : I hope KEEN will consider making these in "wide" for those of us with ducky feet. Pretty please! I would love to remain your customer for life!"

Q&A

Where can I get the original brown leather Newport for women
We do not currently have leather options in the Newport in women's sizing.
I have a medium toe width but very narrow heels and always need to wear mary Jane type shoes. But these have all the features I need for hiking and travel. Would these be snugly cinchable for me? In the past I couldn’t cinch my keen bike sandals enough to hang on to them while cycling. Thanks for your response.
This style has a wider toe box. We do recommend taking advantage of our 30-day return policy and trying them out.
