"I bought these shoes hoping they would be great for a trip. I liked the look and the comfort initially although I noticed the insoles looked too big for the shoe. I called Keens and they sent me new insoles which was really nice. The first issue started w the leather of the tongue blend at my ankle creating soreness there. I started to blend the tongue back and forth to get them to soft and give. The second problem is that the tongue started to bunch down into the shoe and created bruising on the top of my foot. I could hardly walk after the first day of sight seeing. I went to different cobblers who told me they couldnt fix it for me. Horrible experience since I was traveling for 3 weeks and I was hoping these would keep my feet happy. Is it possible to return them after the 30 day period since they are a badly designed product?"

Funky tongue on right shoe

"The tongues on these are very stiff and wear hard on the top of the ankle. The left tongue is sewn weird and bunches up. I wore them outside and wish I hadn’t so I could send them back. They are defective."
