Relief From Plantar Fasciitis
"I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for over a year and have slight overpronation in my right foot. Anyone who has had plantar fasciitis knows how painful and exhausting it is. I work on a concrete floor for nine hours a day. Asolos of a similar style have become too costly for me even though I know they fit me perfectly. I looked at the Pyrenees online for some months, but am one of those people who feel more comfortable purchasing clothing and shoes I can try on in store. I am so glad I took the risk on these. I have worn them for three shifts. I have NO PAIN, not even in the mornings when I first get up. The arch support is excellent. I can tell the outer sole is absorbing the impact, much like standing on an anti-fatigue mat that remains under your feet perpetually. And they also double as an ankle brace, just as I hoped a mid-boot would. It has been raining much here, so I attest they ARE waterproof. I have only one complaint--the leather feels more like plastic to the touch--so I am not certain how long the upper will last, but for now, they are doing what I need them to do."

Like the boot, shoe laces too short.
"Originally purchased Women's 11. I waited too long (exceeded the 30-day return policy) to try them on a hike before discovering they were about a half size too big. My foot slipped around inside the boot while on descent. So I ordered and received a Women's 10. 5, and they fit much better. The problem with the 10. 5 pair is that the laces are so short I can barely single knot them. Fortunately, the pair of 11's came with two pairs of laces, both of which are longer and capable of double-knotting. Overall, I find the Pyrenes boot very comfortable, particularly its nice wide toe-box, which is essential for me. My custom orthotics fit well, also. I hope to get many miles with these boots. Keen: please don't stop making wide toe-box boots and shoes. That's why I buy from you. Your speedy shipping is appreciated, too."

I love the look/style of
"I love the look/style of these boots, just hoping they stay waterproof come autumn-winter. They’re a great colour although I have changed the orange laces to khaki green! I’ve been buying Keen boots for many years, always the Targhee III so I hope these are as comfortable 🥾🥾🤞"

Sole separating
"I bought these 6 months ago to replace my 10 year-old Pyrenees. They are comfortable and keep my feet warm and dry, but the sole is already separating. I'm so disappointed! These are not nearly the quality of my 10 year old made-in-America pair which I have pushed hard and still wear nearly everyday."

Toes have blisters
"I broke the shoes in on two trips through a park. I felt it was sufficient enough to take it to a 5 mile sandy loop with 150 feet elevation gain. My toes have blisters I've had to tape for two days now. My knee is tender, my feet are so sore. I own two pairs of Keen slides, and a pair of sandals. I rave about the comfort. But the boots run small in the toe box. I'm not confident in wearing it again. Which is unfortunate, they're not cheap. Really sad about this because I've been eyeing this Keen pair of boots for over a year, knowing my Scarpas were losing tread."

Comfy but not waterproof
"They are super comfortable, feel like sneakers. However this past few weeks with the snow my feet get wet every day about an hour into work and the boots dont even dry out by morning, sucks but they are nice when its dry outside."

Best boots I’ve ever owned
"This is the third pair of this boot I’ve owned. They have plenty of toe room! I hike and walk and work in these boots. I wear them all day every day of the week. My legs are not fatigued in these boots. My feet are well supported and I also use them as winter boots for snowshoeing and shoveling. Best boots I’ve ever owned. Well worth the buy."

They look great and seem
"They look great and seem to repel dirt. My old walking boots would have great clods of muck stuck them on a wet and wintry day, but not these. The tongue is quite stiff and will take some wearing in, but that's to be expected with good boots. The footbed is very comfortable and roomy without being too roomy. I'm a big fan of these boots."

GREAT boots
"My favorite hiking boots. I've worn a LOT orlf Keen boots and I really have beaten these up and they just keep going. Great fit, no break in, good ankle support, nice traction, no leakage, and a good look (mine are syrup). WHEN these wear out, if the model is still available, I'll buy it again. And again."

Pyrenees !!!
"I always wore Targhees before I tried these boots. These are perfect for winter hiking. Great grip and leather keeps me dry and warm. Hands down, the best KEEN boot for me!! Highly recommended but I wish I had gone with 9. 5 instead of 10s!!"
