"A beautiful boot. Very light and I so wanted to keep them but the fitting was just a bit on the snug side so I knew when my feet swelled after several hours of walking that I would be in severe discomfort so I had to return them."

Love these boots for long hikes

"My third pairs of this model, the most comfortable hiking boots I own. I was able to do long hikes without feeling the boots are too heavy. 13-23 miles daily consecutively for 14 days on the Camino de Santiago Primitivo. I didn’t have blisters (with toe socks). The fabric is ripped in some areas after 600+ miles hiking. The boots are still waterproof through deep muddy trails. ."

Unfortunately I had to return

"Unfortunately I had to return these. I have long toes and narrow ankles, so need good ankle support and space at toe. I went a full size up from my normal walking shoe size. Ankle support was fine but the shape of the toe area didn't give enough room. Toes grazed the front. I returned immediately. Returns policy was fast and efficient. Thanks for that."

Bought a pair of these

"Bought a pair of these boots directly from ‘Keen’ assuming they would be identical to the ones I’ve had for years and worn out, they were extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the new ones although being the same size, we’re considerably narrower then my old ones, so returned them. I went in search of some more boots which were wide enough for me and visited a shop in Bakewell, who confirmed they were in the sale as old stock, they fitted perfectly and I’ve worn them daily since!"

I have been buying Keens

"I have been buying Keens for many years because of the wide toe, but newer styles do not seem to have this. I should have realised and returned them; I expected them to give a bit but after three weeks wear they are still very uncomfortable by the afternoon, even though I went up 2 sizes. I appreciate we are not all the same, but please Keen, continue to make footwear with spacious toes for those of us who need them. . Otherwise it seems like a great boot."
