Awesome paired w/Keen high arch insoles!
"I bought a pair of these on clearance because I was unsure whether they would work for me. I have very high, but collapsed, arches, a wide forefoot, and a very narrow heel, so finding shoes with a big enough toe box that don't slip off my heels is difficult. I have custom orthotics, but I don't like them because they aren't very comfortable, so I decided to take a chance on the Keen high arch insoles when I purchased these shoes. The insoles are really great - nice high arch, and they hug your heels. At first the shoes hurt my ankles because the entry to the shoes is stuff and on the tall side, but after only about 5 days of wearing them every day, they are starting to soften up and I don't notice that they hit my ankles anymore. I decided to give them the ultimate test of wearing them for an 8 hour shift at my hotel job where I am in my feet the entire 8 hours. Ordinarily I wear my Keen leather shoes with my custom orthotics, and I come home at the end of my shift with very tired and sore feet and legs. Today, I wore these shoes with the Keen high arch insoles, and I don't even feel like I worked! Amazingly, my feet and legs don't hurt at all! The shoes are nice and wide, but having the laces go almost to the toe allows you to customize the fit all the way down the shoe, and I think that is the trick. Once you get them adjusted for your feet, there are no pressure points. Love them! I plan to order more colors. FYI, I wear about an 8. 5 (39) in most other shoe brands, but so far I have found that I wear a 9 in Keen shoes."

Arch support!
"I was pleasantly surprised when I first put on these shoes as I have high arches and often find shoes uncomfortable without an insert, but that was not the case with these! Super comfortable and lightweight for all day use. Also been happy with the waterproofness."

"I love these shoes. I have a narrow foot and I find it difficult to buy shoes. Even though these were too wide for me, I was able to adjust the laces and wear a thicker sock so that they fit. Rarely do I get to wear such cool shoes. Love ❤️ them!"

Clunky
"Comfortable but the laces almost all the way to the toe, make them look like snow boots. They don’t look like they fit as the laces near the toe, don’t pull closed."

"These are nice-looking trainers and good quality, but unlike other Keen trainers I have had, they are slightly narrow and the toe box doesn’t have much space - it rubbed on the tops of my toes. I returned them for a refund."

"Love these shoes and I get compliments when I wear them. Only four stars because they are a bit high on the outside and rub on my ankle. Also, they should be a bit narrower for my feet."

Terrible customer service
"Ordered these shoes and got someone else’s order shipped to me. Okay no problem so I contact customer service about it and the shoe I originally ordered isn’t in stock anymore. Okay no problem is there any other color in my size that I could get instead? No all the shoes in your size are sold out. Okay well can I get a refund and possibly a discount on my next order? Unfortunately we cannot give you a discount on your next order and your refund will take 3-5 days to process. Refund ends up taking 11 days and no coupon or anything. For a domestic company at this price point you expect MUCH better. Very disappointing"

"I love this shoe. So hard to find a wider fit. Only problem is that I need to get a 1/2 size smaller and it is out of stock.what-to-do, what-to-do….keep it and wear thick socks or return and risk never getting my best fit?"

Nice but sizing is off
"I love black and white shoes as well as Keen. These are a cool design but sizing is slightly off. Site recommended 9 but true fit I need is 9.5. Returning…sigh."
