Disappointing Quality

"I absolutely loved these shoes for the ~2 weeks they were in one piece. After minimal wear a hole in the suede appeared in the shoe and within days the suede had completely fallen apart and left a gaping hole. I was so excited for these shoes, and am so sad to see the decline in quality from a brand I used to love <\3"

"I generally wear a 9-9. 5 (39/40) and got these in a 9. 5 and they fit like a glove. Very comfy and good arch support. Roomy toebox. Only thing is it was roughly 80° today and my feet felt pretty hot. They hold heat in pretty good. Not a shoe to wear when super warm out."

Most comfortable shoes I’ve owned

"Bought a pair in purple and turned right around and bought a pair in black! I have true duck feet - flat and I have bunions. (I need either a big toe box or real leather for the stretch factor. ) These shoes feel great right out of the box! I wear them at work and for once, my feet are aching at the end of the day. I appreciate that they are lightweight and don’t make a lot of noise when I walk. And they’re cute - they don’t accentuate my ugly feet, they accommodate them and still look stylish. One caveat - I normally wear an 8. 5 and had to size up to a 9. The 9s fit perfectly."

They could have supplied better

"They could have supplied better laces so had to go source my own. The laces are plain average flat black ones. You used to get two pairs of laces from Keen What makes keen special are the cool laces! Sadly Keen use AI to answer any messages"

I was really disappointed with

"I was really disappointed with my experience with keen. I am usually a UK7 (not even a small 7, a true 7) and I heard to size down by 0. 5 a size so I ordered a 6. 5. When they arrived they were still too big and were slipping off at the heel. I tried to exchange them for a 6 (which is ridiculous as I haven’t worn a 6 since being a teenager!) and that size wasn’t available to exchange, despite being listed to buy on the website. I contacted customer services and they said that this is standard practice when stock numbers are low, which feels like a bit of an unfair policy. I was advised to return for refund and buy a new pair, which isn’t sustainable for me financially unless I’d be willing to wait until the refund was processed (which usually takes quite a while). Anyway, I’ve had to return them for a refund as they were so uncomfortable to wear and I will have to shop elsewhere. I probably won’t buy from keen in the future because of this. I have friends who have keen jaspers alap and they have had the same problem re sizing. When you’re spending £130 on a shoe in this day and age, the least you expect is for it to fit when you order your size."

"Like walking on air! So light, so flexible!
