I love my Womens Howser III’s but….

"I have really bad feet and have such a hard time getting something to fit and stay on my narrow heel but when I found the HowserIII’s I was in heaven. Problem is, I wear them so much and have had them for quite a long time (probably around 6 years at least) that the innersoles have worn down to the point they are rough on the bottom of my feet and make them sore. I was wondering if I can purchase new innersoles for my size 10 Howser III slides. I would appreciate any help you can offer."

Poor quality and not very

"Poor quality and not very comfortable just around house. Could not wear for a shopping trip and definitely not all day. Nothing like the quality and comfort of a pair of Keen sandals I have had for over 10 years! Very, very disappointed!!!!!!!"

Why White Insoles?

""Rate your experience", which overall was poor for this particular purchase. I love the shoe itself. In fact, I just counted and I have 14 pairs of Howsers in my closet. But why would someone think that white would be a good color for insoles, particularly for black on black shoes? It's like buying a white dog bed. I wrote to customer service and asked that the white insoles be replaced. The black Howser has never been sold before with white insoles and is not displayed with white insoles on Keen's website. But the customer service rep who responded to my inquiry told me I would have to purchase another set of insoles. I tried to explain that I did not want a second set of insoles but a "Replacement" pair and I would return the white insoles. The CS rep did not reply to my email. Not the customer service I expect from Keen. I'm probably still within my return window but decided to save myself the hassle of sending the shoes back but Keen, please know that I would not have ordered these shoes if they were shown online with white insoles. (I don't have an issue with the white insoles for the birch (white) colored Howsers I recently purchased, but I don't wear those outdoors. )"

my new favorite shoes

"I LOVE THESE SHOES. They are my new favorites. I got them right before a trip. I wore them on planes during a long travel day because they would be easy to kick off and on (I always take my shoes off). I realized at the end of the day that I hadn't taken them off once because I had forgotten they were there, they were that comfortable. I've worn them with and without socks, walking miles up and down hills (not hiking, city streets) and they've been incredibly comfortable. I also like that they look slightly more dressy than sneakers."
