I ordered a size 5. 5, but needed a 6 (this is my normal size), the replacements came and were perfect fit. I had a problem with the shoes and this was rectified much quicker than I expected. The service was second to none. I already have a pair of Keen sandals, which I wear all summer. I'm sure these are going to be just as good. Thank you."
