Fantastic customer service. I already
"Fantastic customer service. I already had a pair of these and they had a fault. Contacted Keen - very quick response, quickly resolved and replacement pair sent. What a fantastic company and what great service. THANK YOU. Super boots too! Very comfortable for plantar facitis suffering, dodgy Achilles tendons!"

Comfy, but ankle support ify
"I have been ordering and trying many different types of hiking boots. These were probably the most comfortable pair that I tried, however the ankle support was weak. Almost floppy at the top. If these held their structure through the top, these would have been the winner. Compared to other pairs that I ordered the quality lacked for the price point. Color options weren't my favorite, but comfort, support and style had me over looking. The fit was spot on. Im a true 7. 5 and that is what I ordered. Ultimately I sent them back because I worry about rolling an ankle on a hike, but if this isn't a fear for you, I would recommend"

Comfortable
"I have been buying Keen shoes for years because they have removable insoles so I can place my arch support inserts underneath. They have always been comfortable and long lasting. I haven't worn these in wet conditions yet so don't know how waterproof they are. But would recommend."

A softer Keen
"I love the waterproofing of these hikers and, because they’re not stiff like other boots I’ve had, they slide on easily. I’m a bit disappointed in the sole. They don’t have the footbed and arch support that are typical of the Keen brand and the reason I gave only 3 stars. I had to inserta more supportive insole. I would also like a bit more firmness and support in the ankle. Having said that, these are overall very comfortable, requiring no break-in period."

I don't usually buy footwear
"I don't usually buy footwear online as it seems too risky, but I was tempted by the good price. I have had Keen walking shoes before and was really happy with the excellent fit (wide toe box) and comfortable foot bed. I was not disappointed, these were immediately comfortable. No need to break in."

Keen Hiker
"I love every Keen Hiker I've had. This one is a bit more "tennis shoe like" in appearance than I expected, but they are very light, and that is important to me as I get older(76 now). Fit well, comfortable, supportive."

Walking on Air!
"I have always liked Keen shoes for hiking, but had tried new and only used Keen boots for hiking. As I have gotten older, my feet and legs have lots of aches and pains. I came back to Keens and my first 2 pairs of shoes and hiking shoes are perfect, and I have no pain! Thank you, Keen! From an old/ new Keen loyal customer !"

Absolutely love this shoe - with one fatal flaw
"I love this shoe. It's comfortable with a generous toe box, extremely stylish, has held up great so far on hikes and to the elements. So why only 3 stars? Because there's one possibly dangerous flaw: the three little leather eyelet cutouts on the inside of each shoe can get caught in the top metal lace hook of the opposite shoe - and when/if it happens. . . disaster. If you're wearing pants long enough to cover the top lace hook, you'll be fine, but if you're in shorts or your pants are cuffed up, the shoes could get stuck together if you step wrong. It happened to me while I was lugging my gear and I completely ate s**t. I was lucky it was just on flat ground and not on a steep hill, but I still ended up rather injured. So if you buy these shoes - which I still recommend, I do love them - grab yourself a pair of sharp scissors or a knife, and cut through those interior leather eyelets (including at the very base, that's where mine got caught)"

Very very comfortable walking boots!
"Very very comfortable walking boots! The padding is good quality, it keeps your feet stable and not too warm! The tread is very good on slippery autumn leaves and on the mud! And I am glad that the sole of the boots is not rigid neither too soft! I have a very narrow heel and I am wide on my toes, I also have hyper mobility on my flat feet, so I order a size 6 UK and I replace the inserts to my orthopaedics insoles and they fitted perfectly leaving plenty of space for the front of my feet and a good support round my heels! I have been going for long walks from 14 to 20 kilometres on steep hills and these boots are amazing!"

Very comfy, no need to
"Very comfy, no need to bed in. Plenty of room in toe bed. Shame it didn’t come in darker colours as I felt a bit stupid walking in winter in pale grey. Had to wash the mud off!"
