"Unfortunately I am going to send these back. I have several pairs of the Elle backstrap sandals and love them and was looking forward to trying the Milas because they have a nice chunky sole. Unfortunately there are a couple of small but significant differences in the two styles. The heel strap on the Milas is narrower than the conventional Elle backstrap model and is also unlined. The result is that the Milas slip up and down and don’t feel stable. Also the back strap is attached to the base of the sandal in a slightly different way. Small design modifications can have a significant effect it would seem."

"Beautiful sandals, the base is really comfortable and the toe structuring perfectly positioned. Sadly the top strap is too tight across the bridge of my feet for me to comfortably wear them. I have returned them."
