Love Keen but these shoes are horrible

"I really enjoy many of the Keen shoes, but this shoe is just terrible. I have put 40 miles on them, and there is just no support from the mid to the front. It's like walking on the pavement. My feet ache after each walk or run. I should have paid more attention to the drop. 12mm is a LOT, and since this shoe has no support and padding up front, your feet take a beating."

Needs different laces.

"Good shoe but be prepared to spend another $10 on new laces. The included ones are super short. You can barely make a single loop knot…forget about a double knot! Customer service only sends you website links to buy new laces on your own."

Stylish light hiker with toe box room

"Recently purchased these as a light hiker for dog walks on trails. I have a couple of foot issues that require a wider toe box and these delivered. I find them to be comfortable, roomy in the toe box but still snug around the heel to prevent slippage. They also fit my custom orthotics perfectly. I have yet to notice any negatives with these shoes."
