Better
"I’ve worn the Targhee series for years. I really liked the Targhee II and III but the sole would delaminate in about 10-12 months. The Targhee IV provides equal comfort and upper durability but with much improved sole durability. They are my preferred choice."

Perfection for feet
"Great arch support. Great support. Dry feet in wet weather. Durable construction. Traction plus. Attractive. Good Casual. Good with khakis & blazer or sports jacket. What else for these great shoes? Great value!"

Always had trouble finding shoes
"Always had trouble finding shoes to fit my wide feet. Tried these keen targhee IV and got a result. Tried them on and they felt a little stiff from newness, not tight like so many others. I can wear them all day without having that "groan of pleasure" when I take them off. Brilliant. Just my experience with them"

This is my sixth pair
"This is my sixth pair and love the new improvements to make them robust and longer lasting. Currently hiking in the West Highlands of Scotland and they’re built for the terrain. The courier company is the best in the UK so no issues about missed delivery or no shows- they arrived quickly. The shipping note states USA size, which is one higher than UK, so don’t freak out!"

Bought these after a recommendation
"Bought these after a recommendation from a magazine called Stuff that gives you information on new gadgets, shoes, clothes and equipment etc and very highly recommend by it. Bought directly from the manufacturer as they were same price as online. size 6 and a half and tried them on walking 13 miles and they were sturdy, extremely comfortable on a hot day and feet felt great afterwards and not hot like I expected . Will definitely purchase from you again"

Very comfortable with good fit.
"Very comfortable with good fit. Lightweight and good style. Sole seems to retain stones and mud more than previous Keen boots. A worthwhile purchase - arrived very quickly and was kept well informed of order progress."

Looking good so far. I
"Looking good so far. I really appreciate the wider fitting and squarer toebox - not an easy thing to find these days. Quality looks good - the next few years will tell!"

I like how they look,
"I like how they look, I got the mens as I preferred the colour ways. Double checked the sizes in CM and the mens 6 fit better for me than womens 6 x"

Good quality and durability
"I previously purchased several pairs of hiking boots that have a combination of leather and mesh construction, all of which tore on both sides of the mesh above the toes. The mesh also did not stay waterproof for more than a month of hiking use. The only thing I don't like about these Keen hiking shoes is the coated nylon type shoelaces they come with, as they work their way loose unless you double tie them."

I don’t know what you want here.
"Very impressive construction. It is very comfortable. Lots of room for the toes which is critical. Just the right amount of cushion. A tad heavy but that’s ok because you can’t build a shoe this rugged and make it an air weight. My wife says they look great and she knows design and is very honest in her opinions. Nice work Keen. Don’t try “improving”. Leave it alone. It is perfection."
