I was looking for an
"I was looking for an alternative to Hoka Anacapa 2 walking shoes. Have had 2 pairs of Hoka which have lasted less than a year per pair. Also need shoes with good arch support and a wide toe box. These Keen shoes are very comfortable and have lots of room to allow the toes to splay out, no squeezing together of the toes!! Highly recommend these shoes, delivery was prompt and efficient."

Decent shoe but warranty is useless
"My wife bought these from Amazon and I like them but after less than four months the left shoe sole started to pull away from the shoe. I submitted a warranty claim which they approved for only $117 to use only on their site where the same shoe cost $180. On the page it states emphatically that the sole has a lifetime warranty against delaminating which I was unaware of thinking the one year warranty covers this type of defect. Clearly this is not a lifetime warranty and actually a pro rated one. I cannot recommend these which is unfortunate."

Walking Comfortably into Retirement
"After wearing my Achorage III and Reno KBF w/Carbon Toe for work, I finally decided to "lighten up" with a pair of Targhee IV for every day walking and weekend walkabout. Great Transition. No complaints and no discomfort swapping into the Targhee or going back to my old reliable. Thanks, Keen Team for easy ordering and a very quick delivery. I had the Targhees before the order status was updated on the website in less than 7 days and over a weekend to boot."

Love the shoe but hate the laces
"I have always assumed Keen sold shoes their creators actually used themselves. But these, though great hikers, will absolutely refuse to stay tied. It's like the laces are greased and will wiggle out of a tight knot all by themselves – every time. Come on, Keens. I expected better than this."

"These were bought for my husband, who has previously owned 3 pairs of Keen approach shoes, but different models and not purchased direct from Keen. The order and delivery process with Keen was very good. My husband finds the arch support in Keen approach shoes is excellent (he has had plantar fasciitis), and the sizing seems consistent so that each new pair doesn't need any wearing in. He has worn each pair almost every day for both country and pavement walks, and they tend to last over 3 years for smarter wear and more years as gardening shoes. The waterproofing is a plus, and the soles have a good grip in all weathers."

I struggle to find walking
"I struggle to find walking boots wide enough across the forefoot. These came out of the box and after 20km down the Wye Valley, still felt like carpet slippers. They are robust and good quality. I am delighted with them. I don't yet know how waterproof they will be, which is a common failling for such boots."
