Hands down the best trail shoes for me ever.
"I have tried A LOT of trail shoes and when I tried these on initially at the Oregon Cascades 50 last summer I knew Keen did something right. I finally retired my Trabuco Max 3s and was in the market for a new pair and this was top of my list. (the trabuoco max 4 wasn't wide enough). I have 2 runs in them so far, 4 mile to make sure they fit and then a 19 mile with varrying terrain of steep climbs, descents, technical sections, mud, dirt road, bike path, you name it. The fit is excellent, the wide toe box is perfect, the upper is soft the traction was always consistent. They have enough stack for really long miles but it isnt too mushy like other brands can be. Ill be ordering a second pair to keep for ultras because I dont want to run in any other trail shoe."

Good looking shoe
"Think this is a great looking shoe, however, returned mine after less than a month due to the tread loosening from the sole and very slippery soles. Would not purchase again. Will stick to my tried and true Hoka Challengers."

Superb!
"Best trail shoes I have used, and I have used a lot! These things have the perfect cushioning, not too soft to be unstable, but definitely not firm either. The traction had been superb and my feet just feel great the entire run and afterwards!"

Comfort right out of the box
"Amazingly light weight for being so heavily cushioned. Soft and comfortable. Walked a two mile route right out of the box. I’m not sure Keen intended the design of the shoes to kind of propel you forward but they seem to do just that. I’m happy with the quality and comfort of the shoes. The only drawback for me is because the tongue and gusset are all one piece they’re hard to put on. But again that’s me. I’d buy another pair tomorrow if the tongue was separate and not integrated into the shoes. Definitely recommend the Seek. The vast majority of people are going to thoroughly enjoy this shoe!"

Everything I wanted in a trail running shoe.
"Well made and super comfortable. Great grip and traction. The sole can be a little slippery on wet surfaces. Overall a great trail running shoe."

Great fit but there is one big issue
"These are great fitting shoes. The built-in sock really keeps the foot in place nicely. I especially like that Keen has addressed heel slip with the comfortable, discreet, inner padding piece at the heel. Plus, they look dope AF. I like the color way options. I did have to size down from a 12 to an 11. 5 to get the right fit, which surprises me that most other reviewers say they are true to size. The rubber toe-kick on my right shoe started to tare at the weirdly pointed tip design. . . just square this off Keen. Here’s the biggest issue/oversight of this shoe though: the tread is very slippery on wet rocks and roots. I have zero confidence while hiking/running that I won’t bite it if I’m on this type of terrain. I also wear these to the gym and if it’s been raining out and I walk into the gym/lockerroom where there is tile. . . well at least you can work on your triple salchow execution. Too bad, almost a perfect trail runner."

Sidewalk cushion with trail stabilizer
"This shoe has great cushion for sidewalk and stability for trails. The only downside is the shoe slips on wet pavement. These are my dry day shoes."

Fantastic all around shoe
"I usually have 3 pair of running shoes--road running shoes, more radical trail shoes for rocky, steep, snowy, wet mountains, and one pair of trail shoes for tamer trails. I bought these Keens for that third category. I fell in love with them out of the box! I took them for a weekend of trail running right after buying them with no break in period. Run 1 was short but very steep and very rocky. They were fine. I didn't feel any rock bites. Next two runs were longer on the Appalachian Trail. They were exactly what I was looking for. Since then I have run on the road with them and once on a treadmill. At this point I think I could have them as my only running shoe. (That is really weird for me to say!). I think I will keep a pair of trail shoes with deeper cleats and a board. But I will use these Keens for the vast majority of my running. Fit was perfect out of the box. The liner hugs my ankles and will protect from gravel, sand, debris. And, they look cool."
