"Terrible compared to older models. One, the heel strap is too short so that the velcro does not fully engage. There's only about a one inch overlap instead of 2. 5". Two, several of the seams are on the inside causing chafing and blisters. My little toe and top of my left foot have yet to recover. Considering the price, I'd suggest getting a cheaper imitation."

Good shoes but need some redesign to make better.

"Velcro straps never stay together especially on water shoes. I clip-together design is needed. They would add more secureness to your foot. The benefits are the large sized side openings, and good quality of materials including the soles. I prefer the Solr model over this model. Both have good toe protection."

These could be a person's only shoes.

"These are resistant to salt water, they dry well, they're comfortable and supportive, they're tough. The footbeds have a foot-healthy molded shape. My last pair had a fixed cloth achilles strap, these have removable velco-ed straps there. So these can be slides or sport sandals - as long as you have the straps with you to install. Is this better? I'm not sure."

Hi, I’m a bit confused by your size guide. If my feet are 27cm I should choose US 9 size according to cm(jp) graph in your size chart or US 10 according to heel to toe (cm)? I want the sandals to fit true to size
Hello! You should use the cm measurement that corresponds to the US sizing.
I HAVE A NARROW FOOT, ARE KEEN SANDALS WIDE
This particular style is more of a contoured fit and might work well for you, but most of our sandals are more wide fitting.
Can you fully remove the hell strap?
