"I wanted a slip-on that I could wear around the house and go outside and work if needed. This fits the bill. You still need socks, but other than that, its slip on and go. The uppers are soft and flexible, with just enough support that you know they are not coming off. Its a 4 star+ slip-on for sure."

"I have extensive pain from plantars fasciitis and other foot issues. These shoes sre for all inside house walking. I can also use them to get the mail and around the pool. Very sturdy and are helped me immediately upon wearing them."

What is the best way to wash the Howser? My husband loves these, but they need a good cleaning (including insole): To clean these, you can gently brush with a soft, damp sponge to remove loose dirt, treat stains right away with a gentle cleaner, and air dry away from heat. The insoles are removable and can be washed in the washing machine but will need to be air dried.
