comfort and Looks

"This is my 3 pair of Dayton sandals. they last about 5-6 years of constant spring and summer wear. I get asked all the time about their looks and comfort. Needless to say, I wouldn't keep buying them if they weren't comfortable. I have other Keen sandles, but these are my go to sandles."

Stylish Superb Quality but narrow

"I'm from Lahore, Pakistan and i bought these Keen Daytona 2 sandals from USA as these stylish sandals were in my bucket list for a long time. First, I should say that these attractive stylish sandals are made of extremely high fine grade leather and have unique pleasant odour which makes it more worthy. But if you have a wide feet like me then I would advice you to go at least one or two full sizes up because my feet are hardly US 13. 5 EE but in Keen Daytona 2 sandals; even I bought US 15 size ( Euro 48 ) they are barely fit on my feet though length feel a bit larger but they still feel narrow on my feet yet they are very comfortable during walk. I would have given these sandals 5 stars but due to it's narrow size I'm giving them 4 stars. Hope this review is helpful for new buyers."

Brilliant design; quality has plummeted

"The design is brilliant and comfortable but I assume the sourcing has changed because the quality has plummeted. The previous pair lasted many years but I needed a new pair when the sole began to delaminate. I ordered a new pair on Amazon in March of 2024 and by middle 2025, the heels were worn through. The inner sole was also much harder. I'll attach pictures of both pairs. I replaced them with a pair of Naot Lappland which are outstandingly well made but I really miss the design of this sandal. I would gladly wear this one instead but I can't be replacing my sandals every year."

"Love these sandals because they are comfortable and made of quality materials. These are my 2nd pair, and I hope they still make this style when I'm ready to buy a 3rd pair. I got a size 7. 5 and they fit exactly with no extra toe room so maybe I should have got an 8. All my other shoes are 7. 5 so these seem to run a bit small."

Best Men's Sandal

"Where do you find a perfect men's leather waterproof leather walking sandal with perfect all leather foot bed or insole without the high arch structure that digs into your foot arch like so many other sandals. And add to that the perfect extra roomy open toed toe box. Where?? Only one place: KEEN!!! Done!"

Heavy and Needs Arch Support !!!

"I've been a fan of the Daytona sandal since before it was first discontinued. The style and the cork footbed first attracted me. With the new pair I recently bought, I'm having some buyers remorse. These are significantly heavier than I remember and after wearing a while it becomes clear that they need at least a modicum of arch support. The footbed is totally flat. I have Chaco and Ecco sandals too, and they each have good arch support that keeps feet from getting tired and sore."

When will this style be available in smaller or women’s sizes??? I don’t mind ordering a men’s shoe, but I’d need a 5.5 and you only offer down to a 7.: We will be sure to let the product team know there is a demand for these sandals for women.
When are the black going to be available?: We are not currently producing this style in black.
What material is the upper part of the shoe made of? It doesn't seem to be all leather, what's the material of the inner black part?: The quick-dry lining in this shoe is a polyester blend.
