Very comfortable but slippery on hard surfaces!

"I bought these shoes for work. They’re exceptionally comfortable and they look good, but they have a fatal flaw: On any hard surface that’s even a little bit damp, they are incredibly slippery! Maybe hiking shoes use a type of rubber that’s designed for dirt and that does not do well on hard surfaces? I like these shoes a lot, but unfortunately I can’t continue wearing them to work because I’m afraid I’m going to slip and fall."
