"So far the experience has not been good. I ordered a pair of the above and paid. As the confirmation came through I realised I’d ordered black when I wanted white. I emailed immediately but was told my older couldn’t be amended so I should ask for a refund and then reorder. Fine. I ordered a new pair and returned the black ones all on the same the black ones arrived. I’ve received the refund fine but I’ve paid for a white pair but not received them or had any order acknowledgement. That was over a week ago. Please can you help resolve the matter? Thanks"

Perfect tennis shoe

"Love the wide toe-box, the pre-tied laces, the off-white color. They are comfy to teach in and look great with my skirts and dresses, while also being perfect for casual everyday wear. I've gotten lots of compliments on them."

Good but not great

"These are wide and comfortable out of the box. I’ve worn them all over France, walking miles every day. The traction is ok on wet cobblestones and streets. They stayed cleanish and I was able to wipe them down after a muddy day. They are light and packed well and went with everything. The only issue that I have with them is how lightly padded the footbed is-I could feel every stone and cobble. My feet ache at the end of the day. I think with some good insoles they’ll be better - I just wished I had a little bit of support for my feet built into the shoe."

"I have several pairs of Keen sandals, always size 8. So, I ordered the same size in this casual shoe and found it runs small. Toes touch the end whereas don't have that problem with the sandals of same size. Recommend a 1/2 size larger, especially if socks will be worn with these shoes."

"I loved the softener leather, no break time needed! I am normally a women’s size 8, however based on the suggested size I ordered a women’s 8. 5. When I tried them on with the standard no tie laces I felt my foot slipping and toes touching the top of the shoe, upon switching to the second tie up laces provided the problem stopped. I can’t wait to strut the streets with these! I am thoroughly satisfied :)"

What is the best way to shorten the elasticated laces? Re-knot and cut the extra lace? If I cut the extra lace, will the end fray? I like them, but find that they are too loose for me.
