Shoes not in good condition

"Why did the shoes come out of the box with scuffs on the front and back? Paying a good chunk of change to have shoes that are already dirty before I can even try them on. But if I needed to return them I’d better clean them off before hand even though they can send them out with no attention or care. The box also was ripped, but maybe that was during shipping. Also their size chart is way off. According to the chart I would be size 9. I ordered the size they told me to get on the fit estimate tool and that was an 8. 5, but my actual size is 7 in these which is my standard size."

"These are nice-looking trainers and good quality, but unlike other Keen trainers I have had, they are slightly narrow and the toe box doesn’t have much space - it rubbed on the tops of my toes. I returned them for a refund."
