"This was my 5th pair of Keens over the last 10 years or so. The price was always a little high for me but I loved that they lasted for so long. I still have a pair from over 6 years ago that I wear regularly. These Austins were my latest purchase and after less than a year the sole is completely worn through to the point that the inner footbed liner is showing. That's sad for a $150 plus pair of shoes. And I was willing to have them resoled but apparently that not possible. So I guess I'm going to be buying cheap shoes that also wear out in a year but at least it will make financial sense. ,"

Nice casual shoe

"I've been wearing Austins for over 10 years now and this one is just a bit better than the rest. What I like about it is the wide toe box and smooth leather finish that makes it a nice alternative between sneaker/hiker types and full on dress shoes. Also, I prefer the smooth leather to the previous Nubuck as it can be cleaned and even shined more easily. The leather is a little stiff in the tongue and I don't care for the flat laces which are just a little too short but I expect the leather to soften with use."

Stitching Came Undone

"I bought a pair of the Men's Austin Shoes. After awhile the stitching started coming apart above the toe. I'm 70 years old, and retired, so they weren't used for work, just everyday wear. I started buying Keen work shoes before retirement, and always liked them. But after this, I'm done."

Very Comfortable-Love Style-Not durable

"I really love wearing the Austin’s, I have a brown pair and like them so much I bought a black pair two years later. Like others have said however, the stitching breaks down and the sole debonds. Now my black pair is also starting to debond. Unfortunately, that shouldn’t happen at $120 a pair. Quality need a to improve if I am going to buy another pair"

Well-made, versatile, and comfortable

"These have become my first choice for casual wear. They are comfortable and keep my feet happy even with a lot of standing or walking. They are also very versatile and work great from jeans all the way up to dockers and a sport jacket. The mix of comfort and versatility also makes them great for work trips where you don't need a full-blown dress shoe. I'm writing this review after a few years of owning and they have held up very well."

I am 5'9 5" with the flattest feet known to mankind. My heel-to-toe measures 30.2 cm with very narrow feet. I am looking at the Men's Austin Shoes and would like to know if I should buy the 14 or the 15 size? I need to have these by Monday of next week as I am going away. Is their 2 day or overnight delivery available?: We would recommend a size 15. This style is fairly roomy and may not be comfortable for a narrow foot. We might suggest the men's Jasper as an alternative. We do provide expedited shipping for an added cost.
